Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or changed.
Product Inspection at Delivery
We encourage customers to inspect their order carefully at the time of delivery.
If you notice that the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may refuse to accept the delivery and immediately inform our support team.
Returns
Once a product has been accepted and received by the customer, it is considered final and is not eligible for return.
Please ensure you are satisfied with the product before accepting the delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product.
- You receive the wrong product due to our error.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled after successful payment.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment used.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund after delivery has been accepted:
- Products that have been received and accepted by the customer.
- Products refused after use or without a valid reason.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
